At MADE\ Well Therapy For Healing + Wholeness, we offer a thoughtful, integrative approach to care supporting individuals, couples, and families through meaningful, lasting change. Our work is grounded in relational, systemic, and mind–body perspectives, allowing us to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs.

We believe healing happens not just through insight, but through connection, awareness, and the body’s ability to process and release what it has been holding. Depending on your goals, therapy may include traditional talk therapy alongside more experiential and body-based approaches.

My approach is both compassionate and honest. While the work can be challenging, I believe it is deeply worthwhile. Healing becomes possible when individuals feel safe, seen, and supported, and I strive to create that space for every client I work with.
