Welcome, thank you for considering this space for your care.

I approach therapy with a deep sense of gratitude for the opportunity to walk alongside those I serve. It is truly a privilege to be invited into someone’s story, and I hold that responsibility with care, intention, and respect.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate (KY #275767). My work is rooted in a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families experience meaningful, lasting healing.

I take a whole-person approach to therapy, recognizing that true healing involves the mind, body, and spirit. When trauma is carried in the body, it can be difficult to fully access a sense of self or move forward with clarity. Because of this, I am especially drawn to body-based and trauma-focused approaches that support deeper, more integrated healing.

I incorporate modalities such as Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and release stored trauma/wounding, reduce emotional reactivity, and move beyond patterns that feel stuck. My goal is to help clients gently untangle the narratives that no longer serve them and move toward greater freedom, regulation, and wholeness.

For clients who desire it, I welcome the integration of faith into the therapeutic process. I believe therapy can be a space where all aspects of a person’s identity are honored and supported.

My approach is both compassionate and honest. While the work can be challenging, I believe it is deeply worthwhile. Healing becomes possible when individuals feel safe, seen, and supported, and I strive to create that space for every client I work with.

I work primarily with individuals (ages 13 and up), couples, and families, to overcome whatever obstacles are in their way to experiencing a life of emotional and spiritual freedom, creating harmony within themselves and valued relationships.
